We have the pleasure to invite prospective speakers and participants to the 4th edition of the Student Workshop on Integrability. This year the workshop will take place at the Leibniz University Hannover, Germany. The aim of the event is to provide a space for PhD students and early-career to mid-career postdocs in the field of integrability to present and discuss their research while strengthening the connections within the integrability community.
During this years' edition, we are honoured to host three keynote speakers, Balázs Pozsgay, Tomaz Prožen and Vladimir Korepin.
Apart from the scientific program, the workshop should offer an opportunity to compensate for the lack of discussions with other young researchers during the pandemic. Hence there will be many discussion sessions, and furthermore, there will be many social events: A trip to the royal gardens of Hannover, two social nights outs and a conference dinner.
The workshop is planned on-site and we hope that everybody who wants to participate in person in the workshop can come to Hannover. Online participation, however, will be possible. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, the workshop will be carried out in accordance with the regulations, hygiene measures and provisions applicable at the time of the event.
There is no participation fee. However, the participants need to pay for accommodation and travel by themself. A subscription to hotel rooms is set up to simplify the booking procedure. The subscription amounts to thirty single rooms and five double bedrooms. The price for one night for a single bedroom is 85.00 Euro per night including breakfast or 79.00 Euro if you want to miss out on a beautiful garden view. To book a room please fill in the PDF-File which you find below under "Materials" and send it to info@hotel-in-herrenhausen.de. If the demand is larger than expected, we will increase the subscription accordingly. The deadline for room booking is 28.02.2022.
For information about the previous editions of the workshop, please see the website. For updates, you can also follow us on Facebook.
