RegistrationYou can register by sending an e-mail starting from the 1st of December to the following address mfed25.organisation@gmail.com containing your personal information and invoice address. If you would like to present your work, include your abstract along with your preferred presentation format (oral or poster). The abstract template can be found below. You will receive an invoice with the bank details, which you should use to pay the registration fees within 2 weeks (please ensure the correct reference is provided). You will receive a confirmation of your registration upon bank transfer. Note, that the maximum number of in-person participants is limited to 100 (first come, first serve!). Deadlines

Registration Fees
The field trip to Heeseberg and drinks at the conference dinner are included in the in-person registration fee. Limited travel grants of 500 € are available for IAS student members. Please apply via the IAS profile website until 31.05.2025. Additionally, limited financial support to cover registration fees for early career researchers is available. To apply, please send your motivation letter together with your abstract to mfed25.organisation@gmail.com until 31.05.2025. Abstract Submission |
